Buyers Representative) and serves as Directing
Broker and closing coordinator. He has over 25 years experience in
management and has been involved in real estate for several years.
Dale handles the day-to-day office management but also specializes in
single family and condo listings and sales. |
Susan Stoltman is one of four partners of Four Winds Realty. She has been in real
estate sales for 10 years specializing in residential listings/sales with
an emphasis in condos. Susan has been a multi-million dollar producer
for several years. She holds a MO Broker's license and has earned the
GRI and ABR designations. |
Sheri English is also a partner in Four Winds Realty. She has been in real estate
since 1995 and earned her GRI designation in 1998. She is a
multi-million dollar producer annually, specializing primarily in
residential and land listings/sales. Sheri also serves as Director of
Music for the local Methodist Church.

time executive position as an investor and vice-president of a
multi-state manufacturing
firm.

Cathy
Phillips has had extensive business experience and has been a
business owner with her husband here at the Lake for 14 years. She
has been with Four Winds since 2005 and has enjoys helping people find
that perfect home, vacation spot or investment. |
Bill
Finke is a licensed agent and joined Four Winds Realty after retiring from
a utility company as an operations technical writer. He specializes
in residential, lots and land listings and sales while striving to give
top-notch service. |

is a licensed agent with Four Winds Realty. She
is married to a local builder and is mother to four children. She
has lived in the area since 1990 and enjoys the country life with the
lake close by. She is committed to giving her customers and
clients the highest level of service. Melanie is specializing in Residential sales/listing with an emphasis on new
construction.

Dolores (Dee) Lane
joined Four Winds Realty after a
long and successful career owning and operating a local business for several
years. Dee brings with her an understanding and outstanding
knowledge of the Lake area properties. |
Ellen
Tietmeyer
joined Four Winds Realty in 2005 as a Realtor-Associate. Ellen has
a strong sales background and a true love for people. A resident
since 1971, Ellen & her husband, Bill owned and operated a gift shop in
Lake Ozark for 17 years, and a wholesale jewelry company for 10 years. Before
real estate, Ellen managed a local Christian bookstore and she
intends to continue helping people-only now it's to find or sell their
home or investment property.

out of retirement with a broker's license to work with the Four Winds Realty Team. He is
a long time resident and brings well over 25 years of real estate
experience and an unsurpassed knowledge of the area. Lew is heavily
involved in consulting with the agents in there efforts to list and

Diana Gronefeld
is the newest addition to Four Winds Realty. Diana has 25 years
experience in people management and operational experience. She
specializes in those that may have limited time to search for that
perfect weekend get-a-way or spot for retirement.

Beth Finke
is an agent specializing in representing buyers. As she joined the
Four Winds Team, she brought with her the technical skills of over 25 years experience of
being an administrative assistant. Beth enjoys meeting people and will
do her utmost to find "just the right home" for all her customers and
