and his wife, Susan, are the owners of Four Winds Realty. Dale serves as
the Directing Broker and closing coordinator and holds the ABR
designation (Accredited
Buyers Representative). He has over 25 years experience in
management and has been involved in real estate since 1997.
Dale handles the day-to-day office management but also specializes in
single family and condo listings and sales. |
Susan Stoltman
has been in real estate sales since 1997 and holds a broker-salesperson
license. She specializes in the relocation and second home and condo
market. Susan has been a consistent multi-million dollar annual producer
and has earned the
GRI, ABR, CRS, SRS, & MRE designations. She also assists in
managing the office. |
Sheri English
holds a broker-salesperson license, as well as the GRI designation. She has been in real estate
since 1995 and has been a consistent
multi-million dollar producer. Sheri specializes primarily in
residential and land listings/sales. She also serves as Director of
Music for the local Methodist Church.

is a licensed agent with Four Winds Realty. She
is married to a local builder and is mother to four children. She
has lived in the area since 1990 and enjoys the country life with the
lake close by. She is committed to giving her customers and
clients the highest level of service. Melanie is specializing in Residential sales/listing with an emphasis on new
construction.

joined Four Winds Realty after a
long and successful career owning and operating a local business for several
years. Dee brings with her an understanding and outstanding
knowledge of the Lake area properties. |
Ellen
Tietmeyer
joined Four Winds Realty in 2005 as a Realtor-Associate. Ellen has
a strong sales background and a true love for people. A resident
since 1971, Ellen & her husband, Bill owned and operated a gift shop in
Lake Ozark for 17 years, and a wholesale jewelry company for 10 years. Before
real estate, Ellen managed a local Christian bookstore and she
intends to continue helping people-only now it's to find or sell their
home or investment property.

Charlene Nielsen began her Real Estate career in 1996, joining
the Four Winds team in 2008 and bringing with her 12 years of
outstanding customer service representing sellers and buyers at the
lake.
Charlene was named "Realtor of Year" in 2005 and has earned the
ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation. Charlene and
her husband Bob have lived at the lake since 1983 and have two grown
sons.
